Password Pusher settings (one-time password links)
Configure once, then click Generate password links after uploading a CSV. Each row's password becomes a one-time retrievable link in the email.
Server-managed: the Password Pusher base URL and (optional) API credentials are set as Worker vars/secrets — they are no longer configurable in the browser.
Proxied through this Worker at /api/pwpush; the upstream PW Pusher URL is configured server-side.
